The Fun Police are the bullies in blue on a sidewalk near you. They hide behind shiny badges and they are not afraid to rain on your parade. They wear snappy uniforms and smarmy grins. Some of them are packing weapons but most are armed only with cheap musical instruments that they are not afraid to use.
The Fun Police (FP) would like to remind the public that fun is a privilege, not a right. Fun in Moderation, is what the FP are out to regulate and if any citizen should pass though the Fun Threshold and have an excessively good time the FP are sure to crack down on them. Citations will be issued and justice will be swift.
All that said, the FP are not immune to bribes, in fact they encourage them. Drop a five, ten or a twenty into the guitar case, or slip it into the ass-less chaps worn by Ranger Rough, and you will probably be let off with a slap on the wrist and a warning. The Fun Police hope to see you soon. Until then, have a moderately good time and walk safely.
